Cooper is ready to go outside in April showers!   This dog coat fits him perfectly.  He usually wears a Medium (believe it or not) in clothes, but we sized down to a Small in this rain coat.  Cooper is less than 15 pounds, has skinny legs, with a large chest, round ribcage, and a long body, leading to the medium for a comfortable fit.  Depending on the outfit, he sometimes can squeeze into a small!
